The Session will focus on the emerging landscape for talent and work today, the benefit of a second career for an individual and an organisation, how can mind-sets and eco-system be nurtured to retain and ensure diversity at work place.
The Session is being organized by CII’s Indian Women Network (IWN), which has taken many initiatives to deliver value-added and need-based interventions for members and stakeholders.
