Shri Gokul Chandra Pati Retd IAS ,(OR 1978), CAT-Allhadabd ; 2. Shri R Vijay Kumar Retd IAS (TN 1978), CAT- Mumbai; 3. Ms Nandita Chatterjee Retd IAS (WB 1980), CAT- Kolkata 4. Shri Naveen Tandon Retd IRSEE (1976), CAT- Jabalpur. for a period of three years.
