Shri Anshul Gupta IAS (West Bengal 2013) presently CEO – KMDA in the rank of Senior Special Secretary to the Government of West Bengal has been transferred and posted as Municipal Commissioner, Kolkata Municipal Corporation with additional charge of District Election Officer, Kolkata (North), West Bengal.
