A Workshop was organised by Corporate Vigilance Department, Airports Authority of India at Ahmedabad on the topic “Preventive Vigilance as a tool of Good Governance” . Shri Yatendra Kumar, CVO, AAI addressed the gathering on the objectives of workshop. Among the eminent speakers, Shri M.P.Juneja, Independent External Monitor (IEM), AAI delivered lecture on “Common Irregularities in Public Procurement Process”.
The exercises during the workshop included demo by Information Technology Department & case study by Corporate Vigilance Department. Besides, various issues related to RTI Act, transparency, dealing with projects and related preventive aspects were intensely discussed and deliberated. Such workshops are organized as a part of Preventive Vigilance on regular intervals.
