I am not sure but, whether Mr. A S Bhatnagar is Mr Anurag Sahai Bhatnagar, primarily a Geologist who has joined ONGC in 1989 and letter left to join Indian bureaucracy. Early nineties he was posted in Chennai and subsequently he went to Ichapore.
If this is correcthe, please help me to get in touch with a gem of a person whom I met only for few months and became close friends.
I am still continuing in ONGC and posted at ONGC, Chennai as Dy Gen Manager.
