Smt Anuradha, a distinguished officer from the 1987 batch, previously led the Intelligence Wing under the TDP government. She now takes over as Chairman of the APPSC following the resignation of Shri Damodar Gautam Sawang IPS (Retd.), former Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, who stepped down from the position in early July 2024.
