Indian Bureaucracy, Puducherry, October 29, 2024| The Ministry of Home Affairs today ordered the transfer of six IPS officers of the AGMUT cadre for the Union Territory of Puducherry. The details of the officers and their new postings are as follows:
- Shri R Sathiyasundaram IPS (AGMUT 2009), presently Additional CP/Traffic, (ZONE-II) Delhi, is transferred and appointed as Deputy Inspector General of Police (Law & Order), Puducherry.
- Shri Brijendra Kumar Yadav IPS (AGMUT 2010), presently Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Police, Puducherry is appointed as DIG – Armed Police and Training, Puducherry.
- Shri Narra Chaitanya IPS (AGMUT 2017), presently Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Law & Order, Puducherry, is transferred and appointed as SSP – Crime & Intelligence, Puducherry, with additional charge of Commandant – India Reserve Battalion (IRBn).
- Shri R Kalaivanan IPS (AGMUT 2018), presently Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Crime & Intelligence, Puducherry, is transferred and appointed as SSP – Law & Order, Puducherry.
- Ms MVNV Lakshmi Soujanya IPS (AGMUT 2021), presently Superintendent of Police (SSP), Puducherry East , is transferred and appointed as SSP – Karaikal, Puducherry.
- Ms Isha Singh IPS (AGMUT 2021), awaiting posting, is appointed as Superintendent of Police SP (East), Puducherry.
