Indian Bureaucracy, Lucknow, May 05, 2025| In a minor reshuffle, the Uttar Pradesh Government ordered the transfer of six IAS officers in the state. A Dinesh Kumar has been appointed as Special Secretary, Home. Brijraj Singh Yadav is the new Additional Land Reforms Commissioner, and Prem Prakash Meena has been appointed as the Municipal Commissioner of Aligarh. A detailed list of the transferred officers with their current postings is provided below.
- Shri Avinash Krishna Singh IAS (UP 2015), presently Director General, Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh, given additional charge of Secretary – Technical Education Department, Uttar Pradesh.
- Shri A Dinesh Kumar IAS (UP 2012), presently Special Secretary, Technical Education Department, Uttar Pradesh, is transferred and appointed as Special Secretary, Home Department, Uttar Pradesh.
- Shri Brijraj Singh Yadav IAS (UP 2012), presently Special Secretary, Agriculture Production Commissioner (APC Branch), Uttar Pradesh, is transferred and appointed as Additional Land Reforms Commissioner, Board Of Revenue, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
- Shri Vinod Kumar IAS (UP 2018), presently Municipal Commissioner, Aligarh, is transferred and appointed as Special Secretary – Technical Education Department, Uttar Pradesh.
- Shri Prem Prakash Meena IAS (UP 2018), presently Chief Development Officer, Unnao, is ransferred and appointed as Municipal Commissioner – Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
- Ms Krati Raj IAS (UP 2021), presently Joint Magistrate, Firozabad, is trasferred and appointed as Chief Development Officer – Unnao, Uttar Pradesh.
