6 HCS Transfer in Haryana Govt

Indian Bureaucracy, Chandigarh, July 22, 2025| The state government today announced the transfer of seven HCS officers and one IAS officer, Shri Lakshit Sareen. Notably, the administration has appointed Abhay Singh Jangra, an HCS officer, as the new Joint Excise & Taxation Commissioner. Manjeet Kumar has been appointed as the Joint Commissioner of Rohtak Municipal Corporation, and Ms Jagriti as the City Magistrate of Panchkula. Further details of other assigned charges are listed below.

  1. Shri Lakshit Sareen IAS (Haryana 2021), presently Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Sonipat, is given additional charge of CEO – Zila Parishad, Sonipat, and CEO – District Rural Development Agency (DRDA), Sonipat, Haryana.
  2. Smt Maj (Retd) Gayatri Ahlawat HCS (2013), presently District Transport Officer-cum-Secretary, RTA, Rohtak, is transferred and appointed as General Manager – Haryana Roadways, Fatehabad, Haryana, relieving Shri Ajay Dalal.
  3. Shri Virender Singh Dhull HCS (2019), presently CEO, Zila Parishad, Yamunanagar, CEO, District Rural Development Agency (DRDA), Yamunanagar, with additional charge of  Secretary, Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Lohgarh Foundation (Trust), is transferred and appointed as District Transport Officer-cum-Secretary – Regional Transport Authority (RTA), Rohtak, replacing Maj (Retd) Gayatri Ahlawat.
  4. Shri Abhay Singh Jangra HCS (2020), presently CEO, Zila Parishad, Sonipat, and CEO, District Rural Development Agency (DRDA), Sonipat, is transferred and appointed as Joint Excise & Taxation Commissioner, Haryana, with additional charge of Collector – Excise, Haryana.
  5. Shri Manjeet Kumar HCS (2023), presently General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Nuh, is transferred and appointed as Joint Commissioner – Municipal Corporation, Rohtak, Haryana.
  6. Ms Jagriti HCS (2023), presently Deputy Secretary, Revenue & Disaster Management Department, Haryana, is transferred and appointed as City Magistrate – Panchkula, Haryana.
