Three IPS Transfers in J&K – Indian Bureaucracy | The Jammu & Kashmir Govt has shifted 3 Indian Police Service Officers across the state with Dr B Srinivas IPS (1990) upon his promotion to the grade of DGP shall continue as Commandant General- Home Guards, SDFRF, J& also holding additional charge as Director- F&ES, J&K, S D Singh IPS ( 1995) upon his promotion as ADGP now appointed as ADG- Security Wing, Jammu & Kashmir, also holding charge as Director- SSG, J&K and Director- SKPA, Udhampur while T Namgyal Kalon IPS (1995) upon his promotion as ADGP is now appointed as IGP- Traffic, Jammu & Kashmir.
