Two Delhi prison officials have been awarded the President’s Correctional Service Medal for their exemplary services on the occasion of Independence Day.The awarded officials are Deputy Superintendent Subhash Chander Batra and Head Warder Madan Lal, said Raj Kumar, Additional IG and spokesperson of Delhi prisons headquarter.
Both the officers were selected for this honour as they have done exemplary work in the field or reformation and rehabilitation of prisoners, he said.
