13 IAS Reshuffle Haryana, T L Satyaprakash IAS appointed Commissioner & Secretary Transport

Indian Bureaucracy, Chandigarh, May 9, 2025| The Haryana government, reassigned portfolios and transferred several IAS officers (Order dt 07.05.2025.). This reshuffle includes streamlining of additional responsibilities to senior officials, such as Shri T L Satyaprakash’s appointment as Commissioner and Secretary, Transport Department, alongside his current roles, and reassigning positions, as seen with Shri S Narayanan’s move to the Higher Education Department. The portfolios of officers like Shri C G Rajini Kaanthan and Shri Shekhar Vidyarthi too have been realigned with adjusted additional responsibilities. These administrative changes also involve transfers within municipal and district-level positions statewide. The detailed list of officers and their present and new assignments is given below.

1. Shri T L Satyaprakash IAS (Haryana 2002), presently Commissioner & Secretary, Haryana Mines & Geology Department, and, CEO, Drone Imaging & Information Systems of Haryana Ltd. (DRIISHYA), is transferred and appointed Commissioner and Secretary – Transport Department, Haryana, with additional charge of Commissioner and Secretary – of the Mines & Geology Department and Chief Executive Officer – Drone Imaging & Information Systems of Haryana Ltd. (DRIISHYA).
2. Shri C G Rajini Kaanthan IAS (Haryana 2004), presently Secretary, Finance Department, Haryana, with additional charge of Secretary, Human Resources Department (HRD), Secretary, General Administration Department (GAD), and Secretary, Central Committee of Examinations, Haryana, is appointed as Commissioner and Secretary – HRD, with additional charge of Secretary – Finance Department, Secretary – GAD, Haryana, and Secretary – Central Committee of Examinations, Haryana.
3. Shri Shekhar Vidyarthi IAS (Haryana 2004), presently Director General, Archives, Secretary, Archives Department, with additional charge of Director General (DG), Fire Services, Haryana, is appointed as Commissioner and Secretary – Archives Department with additional charge of DG – Fire Services, Haryana.
4. Shri S Narayanan IFoS (Haryana 1997), presently Director General, New & Renewable Energy, Haryana, Secretary, New and Renewable Energy Department, Secretary, Revenue & Disaster Management Department, is transferred and appointed as Director General – Higher Education, Haryana and Secretary – Higher Education Department, Haryana.
5. Smt Amna Tasneem IAS (Haryana 2012), presently Administrator, HSVP, Panchkula and Additional Director, Urban Estate, Panchkula, transferred and appointed as Director – Foreign Cooperation Department, Haryana.
6. Shri Rahul Hooda IAS (Haryana 2015), presently Director, Higher Education, Haryana and Special Secretary, Higher Education Department, Haryana, is transferred and appointed as Special Secretary – Revenue & Disaster Management Department, Haryana.
7. Shri Sachin Gupta IAS (Haryana 2018), presently District Municipal Commissioner, Ambala and Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ambala, is transferred and appointed as Administrator, HSVP, Panchkula and Additional Director, Urban Estate, Panchkula, Haryana.
8. Shri Ayush Sinha IAS (Haryana 2018), presently District Municipal Commissioner, Yamunanagar, and, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Yamunanagar, Haryana, is transferred and appointed as Commissioner – Municipal Corporation Manesar, Haryana.
9. Shri Akhil Pilani IAS (Haryana 2018), presently Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Palwal, is transferred and appointed as District Municipal Commissioner, Yamunanagar, Haryana.
10. Shri Anand Kumar Sharma IAS (Haryana 2019), presently Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Mahendragarh, and, District Municipal Commissioner, Mahendragarh, is transferred and appointed as District Municipal Commissioner – Rotak and Commissioner – Municipal Corporation, Rohtak, Haryana.
11. Smt Saloni Sharma IAS (Haryana 2019), presently Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Jhajjar and District Municipal Commissioner, Jhajjar, is transferred and appointed as Additional Commissioner – Municipal Corporation Faridabad, Haryana.
12. Dr Balpreet Singh IAS (Haryana 2019), presently Additional Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurugram, is transferred and appointed as District Municipal Commissioner – Ambala, and Commissioner – Municipal Corporation, Ambala, Haryana.
13. Shri Yash Jaluka IAS (Haryana 2021), presently Additional Deputy Commissioner-Cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Karnal, is transferred and appointed as Additional Commissioner – Municipal Corporation Gurugram, Haryana.
