Shri Rajesh Kumar Sharma IAS (Jharkhand 2003), presently Director- State Urban Development Agency (SUDA), Jharkhand with Additional charge as Director, Swachh Bharat Mission has been appointed as Secretary of Higher, Technical and Skill Development Department.
