Shri Raj Kumar Digvijay IRS (C&CE 2004) has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister of State (I/C) for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Shri Giriraj Singh) in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises at the level of Deputy Secretary on co-terminus basis with the Minister with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post.
