Shri Rupak Kr Mazumder IAS (SCS 2004) presently Director, Land Records, Assam and Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Revenue & Disaster Management Department is transferred and substantively appointed as Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Guwahati Development Department and his services are partially placed at the disposal of Guwahati Development Department for posting as Chief Executive Officer, Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority and Managing Director, Guwahati Smart City Ltd., as additional charges.
