Dr. Vibha Chahal IAS (Uttar Pradesh 2012), has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister of State for Health & Family Welfare (Dr. Bharati Pravin Pawar) in the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare at the level of Deputy Secretary for a period of five years with effect from date of assumption of charge of the post.
