Mr. Upendra Prasad Singh, IAS (OR:1985), is the new Additional Secretary Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet upgraded his current position of Joint Secretary as Additional Secretary for a period of two years or till further orders.
