Ms. Smita Sarangi IAS (Nagaland 2008) , has been appointed as Adviser to the Executive Director (Level-13), Asian Development Bank (ADB), Manila, Philippines under D/o Economic Affairs (a Captive Post of GOI) vice Sh. H. Atheli, ICAS (2000), for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charge of the post .
