On Monday, RINL Visakhapatnam Steel Plant organized a “Customer Meet” at Gurajada Kalakshetram in Ukkunagaram. Approximately 100 customers from all over the country, including export customers, attended the meeting. RINL has a wide customer base with operations in 23 branches across India.
Shri Atul Bhatt, CMD of RINL, addressed the customers and emphasized the strong relationship between RINL and its customers. He urged them to contribute to the company’s growth and help increase RINL’s market share. He highlighted that the upcoming Financial Year 2023-24 would be a significant year as the plant is set to increase production from August 2023 onwards. He assured customers that their requirements would be fully met with the improved production levels.
Shri DK Mohanty, Director (Commercial) of RINL, provided insights into the global and domestic market scenarios during his address. He assured customers that RINL would always prioritize their interests in the long run. He appreciated the loyalty shown by customers and commended their continuous support for RINL and its products.
Following the addresses, the customers had productive interactions with senior RINL officials, who assured them of resolving any marketing-related issues. Some customers were also given the opportunity to visit various production units of RINL and the Central dispatch yard of marketing. The program was attended by chief general managers, senior RINL officials, representatives of steel executive associations, trade unions, and other associations.
