Shri Raj Kumar Digvijay IRS (C&CE 2004) has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister for Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries (Shri Giriraj Singh) at the level of Director for a period upto 15.05.2023 (i.e. for the balance period of his five years of working as PS/OSD in a Minister staff).
