Dr.B.P Sharma, Chairman & Managing Director, PHL and Mr. Andrey Martirosov, CEO UTair, Global Major in helicopter operations signed an MOU on 16th July 2018 at Farnborough Air Show 2018 at Farnborough, U.K, in order to explore mutual business prospects and areas of engagement in field of general aviation and would explore the possibility of training and utilization of technical human resources in India.
