Every year, on 31 May, the World Health Organization (WHO) observes World No Tobacco Day (WNTD). The annual campaign is an opportunity to spread awareness about the harmful and fatal effects of tobacco use, passive smoking exposure, and to discourage the use of tobacco in any form.
In pursuance of the same, Airports Authority of India, Regional Headquarter (Northern Region) also organised Anti-Tobacco Day and Sh. M.N.N. Rao, Regional Executive Director (NR) and Sh. Harbir Singh, General Manager (HR) administered Anti Tobacco Pledge to all the officials.
