The CISF has launched a mobile application through which travellers can register complaints to recover items they lost or forgot at various airports.The app called ‘Lost and Found’ can be downloaded from the website of the Information and Technology Ministry.

“The fundamental preferred standpoint of this portable application is that the travelers can straightforwardly enroll protestations and get status of their objection quickly from the air terminals under our security cover,” CISF representative Assistant Inspector General (AIG) Hemendra Singh said.He said the cell phone application can likewise be utilized to put a demand for getting specialized consultancy gave by the power.

The ‘Lost and Found’ plan was first propelled by the power on its site in 2015 to follow and reestablish things and resources deserted by the suburbanites at air terminals. shri Singh said the CISF reestablished property worth 50.05 crore a year ago while assets/things worth Rs 5.49 crore were reestablished to the travelers this year through the web-based interface, Singh said. The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) monitors 59 common airplane terminals the nation over.
