Ms. Rachna Shah IAS (Kerala 1991) presently Secretary- DoPT given additional charge as Secretary- Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances and Secretary- Department of Pensions and Pensioner’s Welfare from 01.05.2025 to 09.05.2025 during the period of absence on leave of Shri V Srinivas IAS (Rajasthan 1989).

Ms. Rachna Shah, currently serving as the Secretary in the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), has been entrusted with the additional responsibilities of Secretary in both the Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances and the Department of Pensions and Pensioner’s Welfare from May 1, 2025, to May 9, 2025.
