Former Secretary Shri Bijoy Kumar Chibbar IAS (Manipur- Tripura ) (retired) has been appointed as Special Advisor to Chief Minister Shri Biplab Deb to help him in administrative functioning. Shri Chibbar, who served various categories including that of Secretary of Road Transport and Highways Ministry will also assist the Chief Minister in administrative works .
