Shri Asgar Hassan Samoon IAS (Jammu & Kashmir 1993) presently Principal Secretary to the Government, Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department, holding additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Transport Department, has been given additional charge as Administrative Secretary, Agriculture Production and Horticulture Departments, during the period Mr. Manzoor Ahmad Lone IAS(Jammu & Kashmir 2005).
