Ms. Eesha Priya IAS (Kerala 2016) has been given Inter cadre transfer from Kerala cadre to Uttar Pradesh cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Rishi Raj IAS (Uttar Pradesh 2018), powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Kerala and Uttar Pradesh, the Central Government.
