Dr. Navneet Mohan Kothari IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2001) has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (Shri Narendra Singh Tomar) in the Department of Agriculture Cooperation and Farmers Welfare at the level of Director for the balance period of his five years .
