Bhupinder Singh Bhalla to join as JS, Department of Commerce

Bhupinder Singh Bhalla IAS UT:1990 who was recently appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce in place of Depinder Singh Dhesi IAS HY:1982 will be joining this week.
