Indian Bureaucracy News Update | The Government of Rajasthan has issued transfer and posting orders for four IPS officers in the state. As per the official notification dated 20th May 2025, the following changes have been effected in the interest of public service:

Shri Amit Jain IPS (Rajasthan 2020), presently serving as Superintendent of Police, Hanumangarh, has been transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police, Balotra.

Shri Hari Shankar IPS (Rajasthan 2019), who is currently posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police (Headquarters & Traffic), Police Commissionerate, Jodhpur, has been transferred and appointed as Superintendent of Police, Hanumangarh.

Shri Shailendra Singh Indoliya IPS (Rajasthan 2017), serving as Superintendent of Police, Balotra, has been shifted and posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police (Headquarters & Traffic), Police Commissionerate, Jodhpur.

Shri Lokesh Sonwal IPS (Rajasthan 2015), who was functioning as Superintendent of Police (SOG), Jaipur, has now been appointed as Superintendent of Police, Jhunjhunu.
These reshuffles are aimed at strengthening administrative efficiency and law enforcement across key districts in Rajasthan.
