Indian Bureaucracy Update: In an Indian Bureaucracy news, Tamil Nadu Government has transferred 11 IAS Officer. The names are as follows:

  1. Dr. M Mathivanan IAS (Tamil Nadu 2006) has been appointed as Director of Backward Classes  vice Shri N Venkatachalam IAS.
  2. Ms. Reeta Harish Thakkar IAS (Tamil Nadu 2002) transferred and posted as Commissioner of Sugar Department in the cadre post vice Anu George IAS, She will also function as Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Sugar Corporation.
  3. Ms J Vijaya Rani IAS (Tamil Nadu 2013) transferred and posted as Additional Director of Agriculture Department vice Shri  Shri P Kumaravel Pandian IAS.
  4. Ms K Karpagam IAS (Tamil Nadu) transferred and posted as Joint Commissioner of Land Administration Vice Ms J Vijaya Rani IAS.
  5. Ms Pinky Jowel IAS (Tamil Nadu 2003) transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Rural Development & Panchayat Raj Department.
  6. Shri M Balaji IAS (Tamil Nadu 2005) transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Government (Irrigation-Delta Districts), Public Works Department, Secretariat.
  7. Shri N Venkatachalam IAS (Tamil Nadu) appointed as Managing Director,  Tamil Nadu Text Book & Educational Services Corporation (TNTB&ESC) vice Dr. D. Jagannathan IAS.
  8. Shri P Kumaravel Pandian IAS (Tamil Nadu) transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner (Education)- Greater Chennai Corporation  vice Ms Mageswari Ravikumar IAS.
  9. Dr. D Jagannathan IAS (Tamil Nadu 2004) transferred and posted as Director of Social Security Schemes in the Office of the Commissioner of Revenue Administration vice Shri Atul Anand IAS.
  10. Shri Atul Anand IAS (Tamil Nadu 1994) transferred and posted as Commissioner of Economics and Statistics vive Shri Ashok Dongre IAS.
  11. Shri J Meghanatha Reddy IAS (Tamil Nadu 2013) transferred and posted as Joint Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Large Tax Payers Unit vice Shri M Balaji IAS.
