IndianBureaucracy IAS News Update: in a minor reshuffle, the Odisha Government has transferred 10 IAS Officers with immediate effect, full list of names are :

1. Shri Pradipta Kumar Mohapatra IAS (Odisha 1988) presently Agriculture Production Commissioner, Odisha is allowed to remain in additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Revenue & DM, Department.
2. Shri Nikunja Bihari Dhal IAS (Odisha 1993) presently Principal Secretary to Government, Revenue & Disaster Management Department , has been appointed as Principal Secretary to Government, Health & Family Welfare Department.
3. Dr. Pramod Kumar Meherda IAS (Odisha 1997) presently Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government, Health & Family Welfare Department , has been appointed as Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government, Commerce & Transport Department.He is allowed to remain in additional charge of Special Secretary to Government, Agriculture & Farmers’ Empowerment Department in addition to his own duties.
4. Shri Arun Bothra IPS (Odisha 1996) presently Chief Executive Officer, CESU, Odisha with additional charge of MD, CRUT , has been given additional charge of Chairmancum-Managing Director, Odisha State Road Transport Corporation, Bhubaneswar .
5. Shri Yeddula Vijay IAS (Odisha 2014) presently Commissioner, Rourkela Municipal Corporation, with additional charge of CEO, Rourkela Smart City Limited and Member Finance, RDA , has been appointed as Deputy Secretary to Government, Planning & Convergence Department.
6. Shri Dibya Jyoti Parida IAS (Odisha 2016) presently  Sub-Collector, Baripada under orders of transfer as Deputy Secretary to Government, Health & F.W. Department with additional charge of OSD, NHM , has been appointed as Commissioner, Rourkela Municipal Corporation.
7. Shri B Parameswaran IAS (Odisha 2008) presently Director – Land Records, Surveys & Consolidation, Odisha, Cuttack with additional charge of State Project Director, Odisha Higher Education Project for Excellence & Equity under World Bank Project of Higher Education Department , has been given additional charge of IG of Registration, Odisha, Cuttack .
8. Dr. Noonsavath Thirumala Naik IAS (Odisha  2009) presently Labour Commissioner, Odisha, Bhubaneswar , has been given additional charge of Director, Fisheries, Odisha, Cuttack .
9. Shri Nikhil Pavan Kalyan IAS (Odisha  2012) presently Collector and District Magistrate, Sundargarh , has been posted as Vice-Chairman, Rourkela Development Authority, Rourkela.
10. Ms Aboli Sunil Narvane IAS (Odisha 2015) presently Additional District Magistrate, Rourkela , has been given additional charge of Secretary, Rourkela Development Authority .
