Airports Authority of India a category-A, Mini Ratna, PSU of Govt. of India, is observing Vigilance Awareness Week, from 26th October, 2015 at Corporate Headquarters and all its units and field stations. The observance of the week commenced by lighting the ceremonial lamp and administration of Pledge to all employees at 1100 Hrs at Corporate Headquarters by Shri S. Raheja, Member(Planning), AAI. Member (Planning) addressed the officials after the pledge and highlighted the importance of Vigilance Awareness Week.
After pledge administration, quiz on AAI (ECDA) Regulations, 2003 about AAI, CVC and basic vigilance principles was organized for AAI officials and prizes distributed on the spot to all winners. Vigilance Department has also planned various activities during the VAW. These activities include lecture by eminent speakers on the theme of Preventive Vigilance as a tool of Good Governance.
