Ms. Varsha Joshi IAS (AGMUT 1995) , has been appointed Joint Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Mihir Kumar Singh IAS (Bihar 1993).
