Shri V S Kaumudi IPS (Andhra Pradesh 1986) presently Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) , Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has been appointed as Director General of the Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D) by temporarily downgrading the post to the level of Additional Director General (Level-15 of Pay Matrix) for a period of two years .
