Dr Uddipan Mukherjee IOFS has ben promoted to the rank of Director to the Govt of India. He was previously posted as Joint Director and PRO at the erstwhile Ordnance Factory Board and thereafter in Directorate of Ordnance (Coordination & Services) in Kolkata. Presently, he is in deemed deputation to the historic Gun and Shell Factory (GSF), Cossipore as Joint General Manager (Director rank) in-charge of administration.
