Dr. Saroj Kumar Jena presently Director, Institute of Company Secretaries (ICSI), has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister of State for Jal Shakti (Shri Bishweshwar Tudu) on contract basis with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post.
