Shri Rocktim Saikia IRS (IT 2010) presently Private Secretary (at Deputy Secretary level) to the Minister for Ports, Shipping & Waterways and Ayush (Shri Sarbananda Sonowal) in Ministry of Ayush and Ports, Shipping & Waterways , has been re-designated as Private Secretary (at Director level) to the same Minister as a measure personal to him, with effect from the date of taking over charge of the post and for a period upto 13.09.2026.
