Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad IAS (Assam-Meghalaya 1990) presently , on reversion from central deputation, has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Handloom, Textiles and Sericulture Department w.e.f. 10-03-2021.
