Shri Rakesh Kumar IAS (Assam-Meghalaya 2005) presently MD, APDCL and Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Fishery, Excise and Power(E) Departments and Chairman, APDCL and APGCL is relieved from the charge of Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Power(E) Department. He is also posted as Commissioner of Excise, Assam as additional charge w.e.f 01.01.2024.
