Shri Puneet Kansal IAS (Sikkim 1996), has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years upto 26.04.2023, extendable for additional two years upto 26.04.2025 subject to availability of cadre clearance .He holds a BE (Electronics) degree from IIT, Roorkee and is an MBA from Amity University.
