Dr Singh MBBS from JIPMER, Puducherry. Worked as SDO Chandel; Director, Youth Affairs and Sports, Manipur; Deputy Commissioner, Senapati District; Secretary to CM and Director, Municipal Administration Housing and Urban Development. He has done Post Graduate Program in Public Management and Policy (PGP-PMP) from IIM, Ahemadabad. Was posted as Director, Municipal Administration Housing and Urban Development, State Mission Director (NRHM). State Project Director (SSA) before joining the Academy in February 2010. Areas of interest include applied economics of welfare state, service delivery in social sector (health, education).
