Shri Prabhat Kumar IAS (Jharkhand 2011) , has been appointed to the post of Director of Census Operations(DCO)/Director of Citizen Registration(DCR) (Deputy Secretary level), Jharkhand under Central Staffing Scheme w.e.f. the date of taking over charge of the post and for a period up to 31.12.2025 .
