Power Finance Corporation (PFC) has been honored with the prestigious Rajbhasha Kirti Puraskar (3rd position) in the ‘A’ category for the year 2022-23. This recognition reflects PFC’s steadfast commitment to promoting the use of the official language and fostering linguistic diversity.
The award was presented during the Hindi Day celebration on September 14, 2023, in Pune, Maharashtra, which coincided with the Third All-India Official Language Conference.
Smt. Parminder Chopra, CMD of PFC, accepted the award from distinguished dignitaries, including the Hon’ble Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha, Shri Harivansh Narayan Singh; Hon’ble Minister of State for Home Affairs, Shri Ajay Kumar Mishra; Hon’ble Minister of State for MSME, Shri Bhanu Pratap Singh Verma; and Hon’ble Minister of State for Health, Dr. Bharati Pravin Pawar.
Shri Manoj Sharma, Director (Commercial) of PFC, also attended the event, reaffirming PFC’s ongoing dedication to advancing and nurturing India’s official languages.
