1. Respected Sir,

   My name is Achyut Bhatt and I live in Canada (NRI). LAND MAFIA and builder (1) SUSAMITBHAI SAVJIBHAI ROKAD (2) ASHVINBHAI NAVNITBHAI CHOVATIY, and (3) VARSHABEN SAMITBHAI ROKAD fraudulently stole my land in Vatva, Gujarat. I have been emailing the police, government departments and political figures to explain my situation and ask for help SINCE 2016.

   The builder always told me that he would take my land by any means necessary. I opened a police case and submitted a complaint to the collectors office but even so, he somehow transferred my land to his name (THIS WAS DEFINITELY NOT DONE LEGALLY). However, the police and collectors office do not care and continue to support his wrongdoings. ONLY PART of my land was sold to him BUT he was still able to transfer ALL the land to his name with the help of city deputy R.J. Jadeja on 28/06/2017. He transferred all my land WITHOUT PAYING ME AND WITHOUT INFORMING ME. The collectors office did not inform me either (I received NO NOTICES FROM THEM). I provided the police and collectors office with all the documentations and proof required for my case but they ignored key parts to help support the builder. They did not ask him anything that would question his actions, but rather showed full support of him and his criminal activities. He was never asked if I approved of this land transfer OR if he even paid me… both answers would have been no.

   Furthermore, the builder told me and my lawyer that without corruption and paying the officers nothing will be done for me. I did not believe him at first but now the builder successfully stole my land with the help of the police and collectors office EVEN THOUGH HE IS IN THE WRONG…

   I filed an RTI on 10/01/2018 to get details for my case at the Vatva police station. In 27/02/2018 I got a letter telling me to come to the police station to receive the paperwork. My lawyer and my friend (who has power of attorney) went multiple times but they never got the paperwork. Then I filed another RTI in January 2019. I didn’t get all the paperwork I requested but I did receive the one pertaining to my case. However, the complaint that was written in my case was completely fabricated and nowhere near what has actually happened!!! They changed the story entirely… My entire case was supposed to be based on land fraud, however, the complaint written on my case was about a car parking incident (this never happened and is completely fabricated). This is the case/reference number for the false case: CRPC107/2688/2017 Act Section Key: 10-107 (Date- 11/10/2017) I have no idea how this happened but I can confidently say that someone in a high rank/ many officers at the Vatva police station are working with and helping the builder with his criminal activities. The builder once told me that he had drinking relations with high ranking officers and I believe him now (I have given the audio proof to the Vatva police station). He has definitely either paid officers or pulled strings with high ranking officers to steal my land. Furthermore, there have been many instances where certain officers (ACP- RT Susura) have altered the charge sheet before submitting to court. As such, not all the accused were accounted for.

   I AM ALSO NOT THE ONLY CASE LIKE THIS! Two others have contacted me with very similar cases. THIS BUILDER HAS ALSO STOLEN THEIR LAND and they are struggling to fight him. The builder has multiple criminal cases against him but he is still being supported by the police and collectors office!? These are just three cases that I know about BUT I AM SURE THAT THERE ARE A LOT MORE IF YOU SET AN INQUIRY.

   I have attached all the documents above. The builder’s entire family is full of criminals and they are stealing other peoples land without fear of any consequence. I do not know what to do as the police and the collectors office have failed me and the others listed above.

   Any help would be greatly appreciated in this matter. I am expecting a reply in a reasonable time.
