Shri Pallav Gopal Jha IAS (Assam-Meghalaya 2012) presently Commissioner of Taxes, Assam and Project Director, JICA Assisted Guwahati Water Supply Project , has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Finance Department and Commissioner .of Taxes, Assam and Project Director, Assam Urban Infrastructure Investment Program as additional charge. He will continue to hold charge of Project Director, JICA Assisted Guwahati Water Supplies Project.
