Dr. Vinayak has previously served as the Municipal Commissioner, NWCMC, Nanded, Maharashtra (2010-2012); Deputy Secretary and Project Director, RSPMU, Department of Water Supply and Sanitation, Government of Maharashtra(2011-2012); Deputy Secretary, Department of Planning, Government of Maharashtra (2009-2011); Collector and District Magistrate, Raigad District (2007-2009); CEO Zilla Parishad, Jalna (2004-2007); and Assistant Collector, Umred, District Nagpur 2003-2004.
