Shri Nipun Pande IRSEE (2011), who was recommended for Central deputation by the Ministry of Railways has been selected for appointment as Joint Development Commissioner (JDC) (Deputy Secretary level) in the O/o Development Commissioner (Handlooms) under Ministry of Textiles, Delhi under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years from the date of taking over charge of the post.
