Ms. Misha Singh IAS (Andhra Pradesh 2016) has been given Inter Cadre Transfer from Andhra Pradesh cadre to Madhya Pradesh cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Avi Prasad IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2014), powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Andhra Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh, the Central Government.
