Shri Manish Kumar Gupta IAS (AGMUT 1991) presently Principal Commissioner, Delhi Development Authority, has been given upgradation on in-situ basis to the level of Additional Secretary to the GoI by temporarily upgrading the posts as Principal Commissioner, Delhi Development Authority in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary.
